Autocleaner optional device
All central units of the Revo Block Professional range are compatible with the installation of the Autocleaner optional add-on, which can be added later on with minimal effort.
The Revo Block Professional range is suitable for professional applications with a maximum area to be cleaned up to 1800m, piping system with 63/80mm diameter and dust inlet/outlet pipes with 63/80mm diameter.
Additional characteristics:
- extremely reliable thanks to the vacuum breaker valve which prevents the motor working against a closed circuit;
- PC with a specific software package to visualize the diagnostics (with an optional electronic interface board) can be connected;
- user-friendly display;
- support base coated with shockproof material;
- dust container with special easy opening device and soft touch handle.

Vacuum Motors Selection Table
The vacuum motors of the new Industrial Motor range are suitable for any professional/industrial application with no limit regarding the areas to be cleaned or the number of simultaneous operators. The piping network has to be planned according to the specific features of the installation (e.g. pipe diameter and kind of dust to be vacuumed).
Additional characteristics:
- three phase industrial motors with maintenance free blower with side channels made of light alloy;
- serial board interface to connect every motor to the separator.
Customised maintenance and consumption management
The dust separator is the central control unit of the complete industrial system. The motors connected to the separator are adjusted by the electronic parameters. This procedure grants great flexibility, in a user friendly way.

2 - Maintenance free
Autocleaner is maintenance free thanks to the accurate choice of its components.
3 - Ready for use
The device can be connected to the central unit by connecting the compressed air hose tc the unit and plugging in the multipolar connector in the dedicated inlet on the central vacuum unit.
4 - The software of the central vacuum unit allows you:
- to choose the number of cleaning cycles of the Autocleaner device
- to modify the cleaning intervals
- to choose the time of the day when the self-cleaning operations can be performed (just during the day, or day and night)
5 - Great cleaning efficiency
The use of a compressed air flow is the most efficient way to clean the filter from the dust: Autocleaner combines this efficiency with the easy installation in a professional device.
